Have you ever heard about Urban Afroism? L’ORIGINE, which has been founded by Dyllan Ahinful and Jeffrey Mensah, aims to reflect the growing awareness of urban youth connected to their roots. The menswear label, that is based in Amsterdam, represents the development of the African Diaspora culture and creates clothing and pictures without prejudice. Their newest lookbook stands under the title “Opposites attract and enhance”. The designers portray different looks, styles and people – altogether opposites attract each other and stand for empowerment, strength and creativity. The message is as great as their clothes.
