When society (and fashion magazines) think about Haute Couture it is very often related to the magnificent womenswear that houses like Chanel and Valentino present in Paris. Yet, Haute Couture can also be male as Dolce & Gabbana has been proving for several seasons. This season, the Italian designer duo invited to the Lake of Como, more precisely to the “Villa Carlotta”, where their models – great casting – presented precious jackets, suits, shoes and more. Dolce & Gabbana’s “Alta Sartoria” shows that men’s fashion can be very Haute Couture and that it is a wonderful spectacle for our eyes.
